KYC rulesLandlord cannot post before verified KYC. Tenant cannot apply before verified KYC. Three rejections trigger manual escalation.
Application rulesTenant can apply to only one property at a time. Landlord must act within 7 days. Approval marks listing as rented.
Lease and tenancyBoth parties acknowledge lease before active tenancy. Deposit and rent date lock at signing. Closure needs move-out sign-off.
Gate pass rulesOnly active tenants can request passes. Landlord approval is required. Recurring pass auto-revokes when tenancy ends.
Document vaultKYC, lease, receipts, deposit receipt, gate pass logs and checklists are categorized, searchable and access controlled.
